"San Marino One Step Closer to 

Making Historic UFO Request at United Nations"

ICER Reps Meet with San Marino Officials 

Toronto [ZNN] As reported by Christopher Sharp of the Liberation Times, ZlandCommunications has learned that Robert Pinotti, President of ICER (the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research), has met with San Marino’s two Heads of State to discuss Project Titan - a proposal that would see San Marino make an historic United Nations request for the creation of periodic UFO/UAP conferences under its aegis.

The discussions between ICER President Roberto Pinotti and San Marino government officials would seek to have San Marino become the Geneva for global dialogue regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

This extraordinary convergence between ICER - an international NGO and the San Marino government could pave the way for a dialogue with the United Nations that would recognize Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

As pointed out in the accompanying article, "Should San Marino proceed, the proposal will undergo a preliminary examination and discussion at the UN, before being submitted to a vote by the General Assembly." 

The foundation for ICER's bold initiative appears to establish an international landmark and counter-point to US President Biden's signing into law the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act 2022 which establishes offices to investigate UAP.

The global significance of ICER's coordination of this international initiative on UAP is bolstered by the 27 countries that represent ICER's membership. According to ICER Vice President Gary Heseltine, no other advocacy group boasts this level of international representation on the UAP matter. This expansive global membership makes it more than apparent that ICER has now reached a significant pinnacle of recognition on the international stage.

Looming Questions Remain:

• At what point will the international community and the mainstream media recognize the UAP question on the same level as global climate change, the threat of global nuclear annihilation and the incessant destabilization of geo-politics by adversarial nation states?

• Does the ET presence - as advocated by many UAP/ET research experts, represent an opportunity to engage in diplomatic relations with technologically advanced intelligent off-world civilizations? and,

• Does the acknowledged presence of unidentified aerial phenomenon represent an actual or contrived threat to national security as characterized by American military agencies?

Not the First Time the UN has been Approached

• Prime Minister and Minister for External Affairs of the Caribbean Island nation of Grenada, Sir Eric M. Gairy spoke before the United Nations General Assembly, Plenary Meeting, on Thursday, 12 October 1978.

• Astronaut Gordon Cooper addressed a UN panel discussion on UFOs and ETs in New York, in 1985. The panel was chaired by then UN Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim.

It is clear each of the presentations on the UFO/UAP issue to the UN by Sir Eric M. Gary and Gordon Cooper indeed set a precedent, however the political apparatus of UAP disclosure at the time was not ready - nothing at all similar to what the 'disclosure' context is today. 

Today, the landscape of UAP disclosure looks dramatically different. 

The entities and individuals below are each responsible for the alteration of that politically illusive landscape.

• The US Navy, (Classified Senate Briefings)

• A former US presidential candidate (Marco Rubio),

• US Senate Intelligence Chair Senator Mark Warner,

• Senator Kirsten Gillibrand,

• Congressman Ruben Gallego,

• The late Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's statements and his $2 million funding mechanism for a Pentagon UAP investigation program (AATIP),

•  The Senate passage and the signing into law by President Biden of the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act containing a requirement of the Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines to investigate and report on UAP.

The New Trajectory of Geo-Political Change

The International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research has now taken its place in history as the next agent of change to challenge the United Nations to re-consider, if not alter the trajectory of geopolitical change about how humanity acts upon the reality of an ET presence.

It is not beyond credulity to say that had Gordon Cooper and Eric Gairy known then what we all know now, it is conceivable the discernment of the UAP issue among the general public would be much different today. Perhaps their courage and vision has resulted in this new reality.
