“By now it should be evident that the UAP phenomenon is not only an issue for the U.S."Luis Elizondo former US Pentagon official on ICER's achievement

Toronto [ZNN] In a bold and unprecedented international breakthrough, the Parliament of San Marino* has approved a proposal by the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) to establish an office to study UFOs. The ICER proposal known as Project Titan, is slated to be presented to the UN's Secretary General and in due course to the United Nations General Assembly

Background
Not since 1978, when the UN approved Grenada Prime Minster Sir Eric Gairy's initiative to address the UFO issue, has there been a proactive attempt to resurrect international cooperation about the implications of this phenomenon. ICER has taken a bold step in this direction in anticipation of a more intrusive and rudimentary international approach to this perplexing socio-political issue.

One ICER spokesperson stated: "The long term implications of this initiative will not only become historical but will evolve into a ubiquitous message to the global community that the matter of UFOs - must be taken seriously."

A report by the Liberation Times states:

"Today, the Parliament of San Marino voted in favour to participate in Project Titan, meaning San Marino will submit a proposal to the UN for the creation of a permanent office tasked with the preparation of periodic global conferences dedicated to the scientific study of UFOs, otherwise known as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).

The proposal will now be submitted to the UN’s Secretary General before undergoing a preliminary examination and discussion. Following this, the proposal would be submitted to a vote at the General Assembly."

In an endorsement by the former Pentagon official, Luis Elizondo, he stated:

“By now it should be evident that the UAP phenomenon is not only an issue for the U.S.

Today, I would like to congratulate the people of San Marino for another historic milestone in this discussion. It should be no surprise that the world's longest standing republic is now championing the UAP cause on behalf of the world.

I would also like to thank my dear friend, Paolo Guizzardi and his colleagues for their tireless efforts."
