President Biden now involved in UAP says former Watergate Lawyer

Former Watergate solicitor Daniel P. Sheehan reveals his role to advise the Executive Branch - the President - on members for a UAP Citizens Review Panel

[ZNN] In an unprecedented level of civilian participation, ZNN has learned that former Watergate and Pentagon Papers solicitor Daniel P. Sheehan has been called upon to be a major contributor to advise senior U.S. government officials on the matter of unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP).


As outlined in Senator Chuck Schumer’s amendment to the U.S. National Defense Act, President Biden will oversee a nine member Review Panel composed of citizens with acumen in the field of UAP.

Schumer's amendment mentions the terms UAP and Non-Human Intelligences some 23 times in the amendment. Review the amendment.

Mr. Sheehan is preparing to open an office in DC to begin this process.

Summary of Daniel Sheehan's interview 
and Schumer's Amendment

"Our new Paradigm Institute will be overseeing this process on behalf of the citizenry and we have been asked to help nominate people to this Panel." Daniel Sheehan
  • The new statute orders all six military services, all 18 national intelligence agencies and all other Defence Department agencies to turn over every piece of information in their possession about the UAP phenomenon and the Non-Human intelligences behind the UAP phenomenon,
  •  This information will then be released to the public,
  • 45 days after the President's signature, the President must nominate nine people to sit on the panel based on advisors' recommendations,
  • Senate will review nominees and approve or deny membership, 
  • The Panel will be approved (Mid-February 2024),
  • Once the Panel is approved and the new statute is formally signed by the President - government agencies, contractors and private entities will have 180 days to turn over UAP material and data to the Panel. (Mid-August 2024),
  • Data deemed overly sensitive to national security by these entities - designated as - postponed material - will be subject to a review process,
  • The Panel will then have 180 days to release all of the material prior to 25 years ago. (Time line Mid-February 2025)
  • The Panel will then have another 180 days to determine what the controlled disclosure plan for postponed material will be. (Time line Mid-August 2025)
  • Daniel Sheehan will be meeting with The Senate Intelligence Committee and The House Oversight Committee this week to initiate the process.

  1. I would HIGHLY recommend this interview to those interested in the latest unfolding events. This is groundbreaking legislation on UFO disclosure. Mr. Sheehan said he himself has an office in Washington to assist Congress in the process and discusses his own role in it. This IS truly significant.
