New Pentagon Release - a Third UFO Video

Has Trump been briefed on this official Pentagon release?

Toronto [ZNN]  As reported in the  Washington Post, the Pentagon has now released a third video of US Navy jets  encountering a 'fleet' of UFOs. This video is in addition to the two previous videos of pilot interdiction with UFOs.

Little more can be said about this provocative release other than this 3rd video and the previous two videos all but confirmed the American government is up to its ears in UFOs.
All of these releases are confirmed, supported by and attested to a tight 'chain of command' within the Pentagon.
Amidst a furor of the Trump administration's diversionary tactics to swell interest towards North Korea - this revelation by the Pentagon indicates the Trump administration is avoiding any commentary on the Pentagon's continued resurgence of information on the UFO matter.
Although Luis Elizondo - former director of the US Pentagon UFO program stated - he left the program but is confident the program is still operative - there is little to believe US intelligence would be foolish enough NOT to sustain its interest in monitoring UFOs.
Despite the connectivity among the President's daily briefing (PDB) on all matters of intelligence and unless intelligence personnel are keeping this data from him for obvious reasons - Trump must be and is currently being briefed on these UFO Pentagon matters.
However on this point -  his administration's staff and the military advisors remain covert and silent on this matter. Could it be Trump knows nothing of this matter?
Here is what has thus far been released:
"In December, the Defense Department declassified two videos documenting encounters between U.S. Navy F-18 fighters and unidentified aircraft. The first video captures multiple pilots observing and discussing a strange, hovering, egg-shaped craft, apparently one of a “fleet” of such objects, according to cockpit audio. The second shows a similar incident involving an F-18 attached to the USS Nimitz carrier battle group in 2004.
The videos, along with observations by pilots and radar operators, appear to provide evidence of the existence of aircraft far superior to anything possessed by the United States or its allies. Defense Department officials who analyze the relevant intelligence confirm more than a dozen such incidents off the East Coast alone since 2015. In another recent case, the Air Force launched F-15 fighters last October in a failed attempt to intercept an unidentified high-speed aircraft looping over the Pacific Northwest ."
Finally - if the Pentagon has authorized this matter in the way that it has - why is there reluctance among media to address this issue?
