Canadians for Disclosure Director presses Parliament's Standing Committee on Science and Research on the Sky Canada Project UAP report
To:
MP Salma Zahid Scarborough Centre-Don Valley East (Chair)
MP Tony Baldinelli Niagara Falls-Niagara on the Lake
MP Maxime Blanchette-Joncas Rimouski-La Matapédia
MP the Hon. Helena Jaczek Markham-Stouffville
I am writing to strongly urge that the Sky Canada Project recommendations be a central focus in your meeting with Dr. Mona Nemer tomorrow.
These recommendations are not just technical suggestions—they represent a pivotal opportunity for Canada to lead globally in transparency, scientific integrity, and public trust regarding UAP research.
Public interest in this issue is at an all-time high. Canadians expect decisive action, not prolonged uncertainty. By addressing these recommendations now, you can demonstrate that Parliament is committed to evidence-based policy and proactive governance.
Key priorities to raise:
- Establish a dedicated federal body for UAP data collection and analysis.
- Develop public reporting tools and strategies to combat misinformation.
- Clarify timelines for implementation to ensure accountability and public confidence.
- Communicate regularly with the Canadian people about how the Sky Canada Project can be both clearly understood and become a part of the global narrative on the topic of UAP.
- Urge Members of Parliament to raise the Sky Canada Project on the floor of the House of Commons for open debate.
- Recommend that the Standing Committee on National Defence take up the UAP issue as a matterof national security, flight safety and on-going surveillance of TOi’s (tracks of interest) and Non-correlated Targets. [Documentation in my possession directly from the NORAD Commander at Peterson AFB in Colorado outlining NORAD’s tracking activities of TOi’s can be made available to the Committee upon request.]
It is imperative that the Science and Research Committee immediately examine and recognize how far behind Canada is as compared to other nations - Brazil, Argentina, the UK, the U.S., Peru and others have either openly investigated the UAP issue or held open congressional hearings about craft of unknown origin. Yet Canada remains silent.
It is worth noting that I have had two conversations with the office of committee member the Hon. Helena Jaczek. Each conversation with her staff member indicated a sincere interest in pursuing this matter.
Finally… Delaying action risks eroding trust and leaving Canada behind in an area where leadership matters. Your voice in this meeting can help set the tone for meaningful progress.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. We stand ready to assist the committee with additional data, technological information on UAP propulsion and energy sources that could - if examined in proper depth - ameliorate Canada’s climate change challenges.
We are also in possession of:
- Canadian government library archived documentation on UFOs/UAP dating back to 1952.
- Incisive ministerial, RCMP, Dept. of Transport and Joint Intelligence Committee documentation that the SKY CANADA PROJECT deemed necessary to omit from its report.
I look forward to your response to this matter of vital national interest.
Regards,
Victor Viggiani M.Ed. Director
