Alien revelations could spark a global financial crisis

The Times of London has reported that the Governor of the Bank of England, Andrew Bailey has been urged by a former senior analyst to prepare contingency plans for the possibility that an official announcement confirming alien life could trigger global financial unrest.

Helen McCaw, a former Bank of England senior analyst, has warned the Governor of the Bank of England, Andrew Bailey to prepare contingency plans should an official announcement confirming alien life would result in global financial instability.

McCaw's white paper entitled Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Policy Implications for the Government of the United Kingdom, has created wide media attention.

As first reported in the Times of London on January 16, 2026, the article, “Bank of England must plan for financial crisis sparked by aliens” has taken root in US and UK media.

In conversation with ZlandCommunications NewsNetwork News Director Victor Viggiani, McCaw confirmed submitting her White Papers of the Sol Foundation to the Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey, her former superior. This unprecedented action by a senior Bank of England ensures an extension of the UAP narrative internationally.

In a surprise statement to ZNN, McCaw also confirmed that the Sol Foundation white paper is a public document that she has also submitted directly to the British government.

In her report McCaw wrote:

"The UAP subject clearly holds enormous public interest. If UAP prove not to be designed by human beings, then we are dealing with unprecedented issues of existential consequence for humanity. We would have to acknowledge the existence and terrestrial presence of a techno-logically advanced non-human intelligence. In a brief interview with ZNN McCaw said: "Very few if any officials in the Bank of England or elected officials in the UK government take the UAP subject seriously. During my tenure at the Bank of England, I wrote these kind of reports all the time; they were always taken seriously. I trust this one will be taken seriously also.”
